  • Up to $8,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance
  • Home Stretch Workshops to prepare you for homeownership
  • One-on-One Counseling sessions to help you navigate the process

  A statewide leader in affordable housing solutions, MHP provides tools, resources, and advocacy to support homeownership and stronger communities.

In 2023, after applying to the MN Housing Partnership, the City of Floodwood was selected to participate in the 9^th MN Housing Partnership Institute. The Floodwood Housing Partnership members are: Krystal Bartizal, Tad Farrell, Dan Johnson, Dawn Lamping, Leanaya Miller, and Cory Suonvieri. Team members are working toward the following goals:
